Deji Opeola is a corporate finance advisory and capital markets executive with over 20 years of deal experience gained in the US, Africa and UK. His product expertise includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Project Finance, Capital Markets (debt and equity), Restructuring and Turnaround Advisory.

In addition to being a Partner at Marabek, Deji also serves as the Managing Director of Houston, TX based Zerod Advisors LLC, a FINRA registered specialized corporate investment banking and capital advisory firm. He brings access to broader network of investment and financial sources across the capital stack to serve Marabek's valued clients.

He advises businesses, including company positioning, market trends, financing options, strategic alternatives, valuation and timing. his experiences include mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment banking experience, working in partnership with management teams, boards of directors, venture capital and growth equity firms. Deji’s M&A advisory experience includes successful engagements for both private and public companies, U.S. domestic and cross-border transactions, reverse mergers, divestitures and special situation assignments across all segments of diversified manufacturing as well as across a wide spectrum of global companies.

Deji understands the value drivers for global companies and how to position them to prospective buyers or investors. Deji first qualified as an engineer before he obtained his MBA degree in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
