Jess is an entrepreneurial-minded Sales and Marketing Executive. As a Partner at Marabek, she is known for advising, defining and implementing robust strategies that drive overall business success through boosted revenue growth, expanded sales pipelines, greater qualified leads, and increased brand visibility and loyalty for our valued clients. Her expertise goes beyond manufacturing organizations, her skills extend deep into consumer and commercial products, industrial and related service industries.
With over 12 years’ experience in sales and marketing, she’s successful at blending the two arts to deliver truly impactful solutions. Managing businesses ranging from $10M to $500M in top line sales she has a history of breathing life into stagnant enterprises as well as launching new business functions. From generating leads, conducting market and competitive research, and building robust campaigns to overseeing division P&L, sales, pricing and promotions, and business development, she has successfully produced continuous business results.
Her most recent position at Cambria (quartz surfacing manufacturer in the building materials industry) as the Vice President of Commercial Market Segments she leads strategy and execution for Cambria’s growing commercial business; driving sales, developing infrastructure, and working cross-functionally to support the business needs. She built the Commercial Market Segments division from the ground-up and ‘hit the ground running’ attaining 10% of all of Cambria commercial opportunities within 3 months and increased sales in key segments by +56%.
Outside of work Jess enjoys cooking, yoga, traveling, and the great outdoors. Much of her time is spent with family and friends. She always has a hunger to learn new things. Her latest adventure is becoming a beekeeper and managing her own apiary.
